The variety and flexibility of space has been carefully designed. A key feature of the building is the ‘book ends’: The multi-use reception at the ground floor, and ‘The Loft’ business lounge on the 12th floor. These inspiring settings provide the ideal environment to meet, relax and create.

Offices

The office space is flexible, open and flooded with natural light. ‘Soft spots’ have been built into the design to enable enhanced floor-to-floor integration and collaboration.

Technology

Digital connectivity and infrastructure is key. To ensure the highest standard is achieved we have engaged WiredScore (the market leading accreditation for office buildings). The building’s superfast broadband and agile working areas will enable mobility and enhance innovation.

Wellbeing

This building is designed to boost efficiency and reduce workforce churn. We are the first building in Scotland to be registered to pursue WELL Certification (with the International WELL Building Institute). Service

The concierge reception team are on hand to smooth the wrinkles out of a busy working day for staff and clients alike. For those arriving on two wheels or just keen to stay healthy: there is state of the art cycling storage (designed by PFL Spaces), a yoga/exercise studio, and luxury shower and changing facilities.
